We enjoy a particularly good reputation among business travelers thanks to our location close to the city center and the highway entrance, our parking facilities, our in-house culinary offerings, and our hassle-free check-in/check-out and billing procedures.

All our rooms are equipped with flat-screen satellite TVs, radios, hairdryers, walk-in showers, and toilets. Furthermore, all rooms have free Wi-Fi internet access—no annoying codes required—just open up and start surfing.

Groups of 20 or more people

• Free cancellation for the entire group up to 4 weeks before arrival.

• Deviations of up to 10% of the group size can be canceled free of charge by email up to 1 day before arrival at 12:00 AM.

• All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
• Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
• Parking spaces are available free of charge for our guests directly at the hotel.
• Check-in: 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. If you wish to check out BEFORE 6:30 a.m., we kindly ask you to settle your bill the day before. Thank you.
• Breakfast: Tuesday to Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Charging facilities for electric cars: Four Smatrics charging stations are available for charging electric cars right next to the main entrance. Billing is handled by Smatrics at their rates. The blocking fee is €0.15/minute from minute 301 onwards.
• Payment: Cash, debit card, or credit card. We are also happy to send you the invoice as a PDF via email to your company address. In this case, we require the exact details (billing address, guest name, email address for sending the invoice) in your reservation email.
• Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the rooms.
• Children: Babies stay free of charge. One child between the ages of 2 and 5 also stays free of charge. Exception: if there are two children under the age of 6, the price of one adult will be charged. Older children and teenagers are charged the normal rate (as adults). 
• Accessibility: All entrances and exits to Gasthof Krall, as well as the entire interior, are barrier-free. Of course, we also have a wheelchair-accessible restroom in the restaurant. In addition, most of the rooms, as well as our barrier-free room with two separate beds and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, are accessible via the elevator without any steps.
• The use of the breakfast buffet for external guests is charged at 19 euros per person.

The night entrance (on the east side in the street "Pintergasse") is open. Inside, you will find your room card in an envelope with your name on it. You can take the elevator to your room.
